The Trust Across America interview on Voice America Radio on Feb 12th paired Bob Vanourek, author of Triple Crown Leadership and Bob Whipple, “The Trust Ambassador.” The subject was building trust in teams.
Both of these “Bobs” are accomplished speakers, authors, and consultants who have had distinguished careers in leadership. Vanourek has led several organizations from startups to fortune 500 firms, while Whipple spent much of his career as a leader in one large firm. Both men are dedicated business scholars and active professors at various universities. This conversation is a follow on to a lively program that aired on December 18. The topics discussed were related to trust, but not the same issues as were covered last December. These two programs can be considered a “matched set” by two noted experts in the Trust arena. Both Bobs are on the 2014 list of Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business.
