Bob Whipple gave the opening Keynote and a break-out session at the 2018 Convention of the New York Public Welfare Association in Saratoga Springs.

The opening keynote was entitled “Trust and Empathy in Action.”

The break-out session was entitled “Building a Culture of Positive Accountability.”
