Whipple featured in New Book in Group Dynamics

Bob Whipple was featured in a new book by Dr. Timothy M. Franz entitled Group Dynamics and Team Interventions: Understanding and Improving Team Performance .  In the chapter on Leadership, Bob describes a successful intervention with a management team that had been acquired by another organization.
